Refund policy

As a customer, you have a 15-day cooling-off period after you receive your order. During this time, you can return your order for a full refund.

To return your order, simply contact us and we will provide you with a return address. The return shipment cost is covered by the customer. We will refund your purchase within 30 days of receiving the returned item. Items are shipped at the responsibility of the customer. We recommend shipping items using a tracked parcel system.

You cannot cancel your purchase by refusing to receive the goods. You must first give us notice of your intention to return the goods.

 

Here are some things to keep in mind when returning your order:

• The item must be unused and undamaged.
• The item must be in its original condition.
• The item must be accompanied by all original packaging.
• You will be responsible for the cost of shipping the item back to us.
